Hello,
I'm posting from a new account because I'm locked out of my original one.
My old account was created years ago with an email address that no longer exists. I still know the password, but after logging in, Box sends a 2FA code to that deleted address, so I can't complete the login.
The account holds over 1 GB of important content, mainly workshop recordings (.mp3 files).
Could Box Support please help me verify my ownership and regain access, ideally by updating the login email to my current one? I'm happy to provide verification details privately.
Thank you very much

Hi
Welcome to Box Community, and we understand that you need to access your contents from a Box account with a deleted email address.
In order to assist you with this request we must have confirmation from the account email on record. If you are able to, please reply to this ticket from your confirmed account email.
If you can’t access the email address associated with your Box account, we recommend either reaching out to your email service provider (ESP) to regain access to your email account or creating a new account. For additional guidance please review our support guide on Logging in to Box.
Box does not have the ability to help you regain access to your email account. You will need access to the email address associated with your account to change your account password. We appreciate your cooperation in helping to protect your account against unauthorized access.
Thanks for posting!
