The normal process I use for file sharing through box:
- Create a file and upload on box
- Then lock it and disable downloading ( allowing no edits)
- Next, share link to file with the Co-workers
- They can view the file contents
However, something happened, and since yesterday box stopped allowing viewers, except the file creator to view the locked file.
This is not permissions issue, file type, or file size issue, as everyone in my organization was able to view this file till 9/30/2026.
