What is the difference between the two locked icons? (See blue circle in pic)
I am the owner of the file that is locked with the darker red lock icon (the second file in the pic) and I cannot unlock the file.
When I create files, they are locked and I cannot edit them without it duplicating copies.

They are having lots of trouble. Also, we are having trouble with data not being saved and my employees cannot work on documents together. Can I get an account exec help? Can I get an onboarding or something?
