Hello, i get this message below. It seems like I don't have internet connection, but this is not right. I have a connection. What is it going wrong?

Welcome to the Box Community!

Can you check if you are logged in on Box Drive and if its is running in the task manager?

Try also connecting to a different network and see if that makes any difference.

If the issue persists, please go ahead and submit a ticket to Product Support so they can further investigate and help in troubleshooting this issue.

I have the same issue, tried all the solutions stated above. How can I access the folder. I can access it through box website but not my desktop. What should I do?

I am having this same issue and have read through the descriptions with no solution listed.  I am trying to now submit a ticket or chat with support which is telling me it is unavailable.  What needs to be done?
