Hello,

I have a problem with memory space. Despite having very few files in my cloud, I'm about to hit the 10GB limit. Trying to delete the files frees up very little memory. Is there a solution to fix this?

We've corrected your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.
