I shared a folder in BOX that has several other folders and files. I created a Word document in the folder that hyperlinks to other word documents on my computer. However, on another computer that has the shared folder, the same link does not work.
I think I see the problem but I don't know how to fix it.
When I make a hyperlink on my computer, it has my name as a part of the hyperlink and that is the reason the hyperlink does not work for others.
How can I work around this problem?
