Hi,

The link to a file says "This shared file or folder link has been removed or is unavailable to you." Can you help me to locate my file.

Thanks

I sent a link on Friday and the recipient is receiving the same message when he tries to open it. No one on box has responded to my request for assistance on this issue.

Someone sent me a link today. But it won't open—it says it's been deleted, though in reality, that's not the case. https://uclahs.box.com/s/9eqbsc7ganhh5sfkvuel637x1v6w8tv6

I have submitted a request to have a file restored.

The file was deleted in error by the owner and because it has not been over 30 days we are hoping there is someone that can help restore the file based on the file no longer showing up in her trash.
