I sent a link on Friday and the recipient is receiving the same message when he tries to open it. No one on box has responded to my request for assistance on this issue.

I have submitted a request to have a file restored.
The file was deleted in error by the owner and because it has not been over 30 days we are hoping there is someone that can help restore the file based on the file no longer showing up in her trash.
