We’ve listed down the preliminary troubleshooting steps to resolve this issue:
- Please ensure they’re using only the correct password for the password-protected shared link.
- Can you test it on a different browser, network and/or machine?
- Make sure that the browser used is in the latest version
- Clearing your browser's cache
Meanwhile, if the issue persist we have a few questions regarding this issue:
- Is this affecting all the password-protected shared links?
- Does the person who setup the password able to access the shared link with the password he/she created?
- By any chance, is there an error message? If yes, please attach the screenshot in this thread.
