Hi! I believe I'm not able to access a file link that was sent to me, on my mobile. This is a link that was meant for a computer. Is there any way to access it on my mobile?

    The best is to check whether you can click on the link using a computer that should check whether or not the link is legit.

    If it is valid then try logging in to your Box account in phone or phone app and see if it does take you to this link.
