Hi

I got a link from Pixar and after I opened it on another chrome page, Box asked me to log in. After I entered the user email and password, it asked me to enter the 2 step authorization 6 digits. I waited few minutes and didn't receive any SMS, then I log out and try again. The same problem had occurred  3 times. At the fourth time,  after I entered email and password, I found the screen saying file or link had been deleted. (see attachment). Please advise what should I do?
