I have installed the BOX.com drive synchronisation app on my Windows laptop at work. My company requires me to provide proof or licencing to show that I am allowed/licenced to install this application. I cannot find any licencing specifically talking to the right to install or use the product. Even the app itself does not have a licence link on it. This is a legal requirement to ensure no unlicenced software is installed on the company laptops.

Hi Alistair,

Welcome to the Box Community!

About Box Drive software, please check the following.

  1. Right click Box Drive icon (On Mac it will be the word "box" on the top right of your screen (not the browser). On Windows it will be the box logo in the lower right of your task bar)
  2. Click 'About Box Drive'

That should show a dialog with a link to our acknowledgements. Click that and you'll see the full list of open source software we use and their licenses.

Hope that helps!
