Legitimate email or phishing attempt?

I'm receiving repeated emails from "Andre Alger" wanting to set up a call to discuss my box account. I work with a client that uses Box for the transfer of files, which is the only reason I have a Box account.

I haven't responded yet because I'm concerned this email is a phishing attempt as opposed to a legitimate email from Box Support. Can someone please advise me?

Below is the first email:

"

Hi Lisa,

My name is Andre and I work with the team that supports HDR here at Box.

I've noticed you are currently using an unmanaged Box account and I'm trying to put the pieces together as to why that is. 

Do you have time for a quick 5-10 min call this week or next to discuss?

I'll be happy to send an invite accordingly.

    I received a similar email chain and wonder if it is a scam?  Please let us know!
