Joining the Folder

When a user invites other to collaborate on their folders, those collaborators will have access to the same features available to the folder owner. So if your account is a free account, all collaborators have access to this folder as if they were free users, whether they actually are of not. If your account is a paid Business account, then your collaborators will have access to this folder as if they were Business users as well. Because your collaborators have access to paid features in this way, they are considered as users that you are paying to host.

That being said, it is possible to pay for the option to have unlimited collaboration. This would allow you to invite as many collaborators as you need without having them count against your seat count. You should speak with your sales representative if you are interested in this option.
