Don Hammons questions on permissions management across different stages of a workflow

How is content mapped across each stage

Content is mapped by folder id so permissions can be managed across each stage of the workflow

You can also plug in a meta data query

For example, if a case is closed, then auto dispositions should trigger, this could be done with Box Relay

Customer Roundtable - question from John Mourani on permissions (file or folder based)

Does end user have control over what they want to share?

Box respects salesforce permissions, by default

If you want custom mapping, you can leverage salesforce flow

You can allow users to setup their own folder structure

Can manage internal vs external access with either folders or metadata
