Issues with authentication and SSL inspection

We currently run a PAC FILE ONLY proxy that does SSL Inspection. We use Azure for proxy authentication. 

All box transaction appear in the proxy logs as authenticated EXCEPT anything to upload.app.box.com which appears as an UNAUTHENTICATED transaction. 

We have checked our "no auth rules" and there is no entry for box.com at all. 

We are at a loss as to why only the upload portion of the transaction shows as unauthenticated.

    Update, after doing a Fiddler trace, we found that upload.app.box.com does not return the authentication cookie with it and therefore shows as NOT AUTHENTICATED.  Box Support, any way to fix this?
