We are required to us Ambra to upload DICOM files to a provider. We followed the steps for integration and we can view files using Ambra, but when we try to upload a DICOM file, Ambra is not an option under integrations. Can you tell me why this is happening and how I can fix it?

In order to view Dicom files on Box you will have need to have purchased a package that includes the Dicom Viewer as detailed here.
Also, Dicom is a feature that a Box Enterprise can add to be available to their users. Prior getting this, your account needs to be a managed user or an admin in a Box Enterprise then you'll have to reach out to your CSM or a sales associate from Box to add this feature to your Box.
