I am having an error and unable to open a Word document from Box that I have already saved. It tells me "unable to open file." I then have to download the file and open it that way, which is a lot more hassle. Can someone tell me why it is doing this all of a sudden? Thank you!

Are you trying to open this file using Office online or your desktop Microsoft application?
Do you mind sharing a screenshot of the error message that you encounter so we can take a look?

I am having that same issue. When i open a word document in box it is unreadable, almost pixelated, and I need to download the document before being able to read it. This doesn't happen with with Excel spreadsheets and did not happen until the last month or so. I tried deleting my box app and reinstall but that did not help. Please help?
