Issues Installing Box Drive - Ohio State

Hello,

I have been having issues installing Box Drive for Ohio State University server access. I have an error message that pops up each time I try to install the program. I have tried rebooting, uninstalling and reinstalling all Box related programs, and asking Ohio State's IT team for help. They have sent in a ticket for IT help from box (ref #2403873), but I have yet to hear from anyone. My email is [personal information--redacted] for reference. Please let me know if there is another way to get help with this issue.

I checked your ticket with support and it looks like the support representative handling the case has replied to your ticket. Can you check your email again for this? If you can't find his email in your inbox, you can check your spam filter or junk emails.

I have checked my junk and spam folders and have not received an email from your team. Can you set up another ticket and address it to another email address: [personal information--redacted]. Hopefully this will work better. Thanks.
