Issues after upgrading plan

After upgrading from Personal Pro to Business, I get the message: Warning: You are using more licenses than you purchased. Please make sure your purchased number of licenses is up to date. It says 17/3 licenses in use. But I don't think I have 16 other licenses in use. Where should I check?
