I am experiencing the following issue and would like to know how to resolve it.


Issue:



  1. I click "Log in" on the Box Drive login window (Window ①).




  2. I enter my email address in the browser and click "Next."




  3. The browser displays a waiting screen (Window ②) saying "Launching Box Drive...", but then the Box Drive login window (Window ①) reappears, and I am unable to log in.



Conditions:



  • I am logging into the web version using SSO with my company email address.




  • I have tried the solutions provided in the following URL, but the issue persists.
