Hello,


I am having issues with missing files and files not syncing, in the bottom right tray it displays file sync errors, but wont resolve when trying to sync.


Online its also not displaying the correct file information.


Can someone assist ?

We are on WIndows 10 and the version is Version 4.0.8008.


Files were just recently shared with me, and when trying to sync the files its not syncing with box sync file explorer.
