I am a BOX customer who has been using your services. Recently, I've encountered a problem while attempting to use BOX, and I am reaching out to seek assistance.

Specifically, I am trying to attach a file, similar to the video I have included as an attachment to this email. However, I have been unable to attach the file as intended. I'm quite puzzled as to why this functionality is not working as expected, and I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide insights into the underlying reason.
