Dear Support Team,


I am one of the co-administrators using your service. 
Currently, I have access to the administrator console, but I am facing an issue where I cannot add new licenses or users. 
Specifically, the buttons for "Purchase License" and "Add User," which should normally be visible, do not appear on the console.


Regarding this issue, I have the following questions:


1.Despite having co-administrator privileges, why are the options to purchase licenses and add users not displayed?
2.What steps should I follow to enable these functionalities?
