Now the links that use the Box embed widget are requiring user interaction in order to view the file. The message "For security purposes, please drag the white cloud onto the dark cloud. Keyboard users: Press spacebar to grab the cloud, arrow keys to move, and spacebar to drop." has started appearing today for all links. As a platform subscriber and a developer of Box-based applications, I would like to know how to customize the links so that user intervention is not necessary.

Thanks for your help.

I reached out to the engineering folks, and they are currently investigating this. Hopefully we will hear something on it soon.

Good evening, any updates on this? I'm having the same issue. Thanks!

We are also having this issue with our Box embeds in our intranet.

Is there an update on this?

We are having a similar problem, our users are asked to log in to view DOCX files via an embedded window. We do not wish to provide our users with the password details.

Am also experiencing this with embedded video with our onboarding videos on iOS devices.

A user must be logged into box to even see the security page to drag the cloud. If not logged in nothing appears at all.

This is a public link w/ viewing only options that has worked for years and now Onboarding is down completely.
