Issue with Box Desktop disappearing

My Box Desktop disappears, it states that there is an issue with updating or something. I can reinstall and it appears back but then disappears in a few days. Prompts to restart, when done, same issues. Then prompts to send logs then just exits from Box without any change, this is repeating.

The OS is Windows 11 Pro and the box version is 2.36.107

Hi could I get a follow up on this, my Box stopped working again
