Issue with Authentication app

Hello,

  Please could anyone help with an issue I am facing authenticated code? Every time I log in, it says it sent 6 digit code to the app but I don't get any code in my sms, email and any app. Cant even log into the app on desktop because after I put in my credentials it's the same issue with the 6 digit code which I cannot seem to get. 

help please!!

One more thing please, now I am logging in via our company usual group email. But I am referring to my individual account.

My email for that account that I am facing issue is: [personal information--redacted]
