Issue: The item you are trying to access has been deleted or unavailable to you

Hi all, 

I am experiencing error "The item you are trying to access has been deleted or unavailable to you" when I open shared files in box application. This only happens in box appplication in my samsung tab 7 Fe, the files open in other device such as box in web browser or box application in iPhone.

Hope to hear resolution from anyone the soonest.
