We have received TASK2647075 for user - Riccardo Faccenda for new Box access setup.


However, when we are trying to add user, we are getting message as user with same email already exist and if invite need to send again.


Hence we have sent invite to user. User confirmed he is getting invite and also has accepted it.


However, we are still unable to see user in Box.

Hence requesting you to check and assist on this user issue urgently.
