We used to be able to give a link to our customer similar to:
company_name.box.com/upload
When I go to that link now, it get a message that the requested page does not exist.
We haven't used this as much in recent months, so something may have changed in the last couple of years and we might not have noticed. Sorry if this is a long-buried issue.
