Does anyone know if there a a way to save my "Files and Folders" sorting preference? I want to retain sort by "Name, ascending" as the default, but cannot find anywhere to save it, so every time I navigate away from a folder and return to it, I have to re-sort by name again. The default seems to be "Updated, descending."

I don't understand. We've been using the same Box account for over 5 years and the folders always sorted by "Name, ascending" as the default. All of a sudden it isn't doing it.
ok , a bit random , but if you navigate to "All Files" or where you start when you initially login , and set the sort order there , it will "sticks" when you navigate to other pages.
I've no idea why but it seems to work

Barry Gould, thank you so much! I agree with the rest of the users here. It was very irritating. Your tip even works when opening a brand new browser window.
It suddenly makes Teams seem needed. This should be the default. Not sure why Box has is sorted by order created...doesn't make any sense

Yes, thanks Barry! Agreed that 1) Box ought to know (ie read their own user forums) and 2) seems to be different from before. Barry's suggestion was very helpful.
