I shared a link to our content to some of my co-workers and it took all of our licenses, I wanted them to be external users. 1.) How do I create external users and/or have them set up that way, and 2.) Is there a way to change managed users to external users?

BTW - In the interest of time, I reached out to Support via their chat. Seems they don't make it easy. I was informed that you will need to create their account as an external user. There is no way to change it easily, at least for now. I opened a ticket to see if they could streamline this process in the future.



I also want to know how to change managed users to external users.




And I invited a group of coworkers to view a folder, some of them became external users just fine but some became managed users...

Why is that?  Is there a way to invite a coworker (same email domain) to a folder as external?

When I add co-workers (with the same email domain) some of them become external users, some managed users
