We upgraded our box.com on (1.13.23) but the platform still shows the old storage and old account and it did not upgrade. We paid the annual fee for the upgrade for 3 users, and it has cleared our account, but as of (1.29.23), or 16 days later, it has not been upgraded. How do we contact support directly to solve this issue?
