Is it possible to start a Relay workflow via a service account?

I'm trying to use a service account (an box app) to start an workflow, but couldn't. Is it possible? Should I use a "as-user" header?

    You are only able to launch manual start flows using the API, as described here. A service account should work. Are you having issues?

    Hi, Alex. Yes, starting via API, using a service account is not working. I’ve opened a support ticket: #2855068.
