We would like to deliver the data to the customer by using the BOX system. The point we would like to ask is whether it is possible to notify the customer that the data has been uploaded to the BOX when we store the data in the BOX.
If so, please let us know how to handle this.

Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist!
The end-user should enable upload notification to get notified once a collaborator uploads a file to the folder.
Enable folder level notification:

Log in to the Box website and hover your cursor to the folder and click the ellipses> Settings.

Under Email and Notifications, check Upload and hit Save Changes.
