Is it possible to disable a user in SSO but delete their Box account? 


It's not typical to delete a user account in the Life Sciences industry.  If our business process is to never delete a user in SSO but instead disable or inactivate them, is it still possible to delete that user's Box account if the account is provisioned via AD?

I'd like to clarify your question, did you mean if it is possible to disable a user in SSO but NOT delete their Box account?


If so, yes. Disabling a user in the AD will not automatically delete the Box account unless you are using an integration.
