If I click on the submit a request link for the support page there is no way of submitting a ticket!! Yet again I see that I'm almost out of storage even though I know I am not. Box have said for years now that they are in the process of fixing this glitch. The work around in the past has always been to submit a ticket and then the cache gets cleared. Now it looks like I cant even contact support!! Hopeless support.
