I am currently unable to access any of our team’s folders in BOX.com, I get the “Oops! We can’t seem to find the page you’re looking for” message. I’ve tried multiple folders with the same results…

Seems to be working just fine on my Android mobile.

Some users also reported the same and our engineering team has made an update in status.box.com. This has been marked as resolved earlier, however it seems like the issue resurfaced which is still being investigated.


While being investigated and looking for a fix, in the meantime, you may check the status of this known issue: Issues with Multiple Box Services.

 

We look forward to have this resolved as soon as possible. 🙏
