In order to help me rule out a browser-related issue, do you mind confirming the following?

  • Are you using the supported browser to access Box?
  • If it’s recurring in all browsers, please follow the troubleshooting steps below: 
  1. Please try clearing your browser's cache and cookies
  2. Please try disabling any plugins on your browser
  3. Confirm with your IT team that your network and firewall have been configured according to our documentation here.
