Most of the pages in Box Admin are showing unable to load such as User and Content tabs. Account/Billing and parts of Enterprise settings are visible. I tried different browser, computers, and networks, same error. Is this an ongoing issue?

Welcome to Box Community! There are no recent reports that the Admin Console, or Box is down and we’re pleased to look into the issue.
Let’s begin with the following details,
- When did you encoutered the error? Please provide the exact date and time?
- Do you have a screenshot of the error message? If so, please attach a screenshot in this thread.
- I understand that you’ve tried to troubleshoot on your own but to no avail. At this rate, could you try some more?
- Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.
- Make sure your browser is up to date.
- Temporarily disabling any internet security/firewall programs to test whether they conflict with Box (Note: you may need clearance or assistance from your organization’s IT department/helpdesk to do this)
- Temporarily disabling any plugins/extensions in your browser
- Restart your machine.
