I am familiar with the MacOS cache issue with box and frequently empty the library cache folder that is frequently posted about. HOWEVER what is the iPhone version of this fix? Whenever I get my wife’s phone to back up her photos her iPhone storage fills up with box app data and I can’t find a way to get rid of it to continue uploading. Please help! This caching issue in BOX is very tiresome and driving me away from the platform. I wish there was a cache period of 1 second. Would love a permanent fix to both iOS and MacOS issues.
