iOS Files App not syncing with Box

I have tried to save photos from my local iOS roll to iOS Files > Box (because I thought that you just don't need to keep any app active until all files are synced, but the files will all stay in "waiting". The files neither appear in the box app, nor in the web app. How would I trigger syncing the box folders in the iOS Files app with the Box server?

For me to check, may I please know the following:

  • Screen recording of your step by step process? 
  • Have you tried to log out/in of Box app?
  • Does it happen if you connect to other network?

This is also happening with files modified on the iPad. If I restart box it says it will delete all modified files waiting to upload

My staff persons are all having the same problem.  We've modified .pdf files in the files app using the markup tool and they are remaining "waiting".  If we log out and back into the box app it only syncs correctly for a file or two and then we have the same issue again.

 

Any resolution here?

is still happening on the OS device. Everything‘s updated for the OS device not syncing from the Box app, from the Files app, from the website first of all I don’t understand why you actually need three different platforms. What happens is you cannot do functions from specific platforms.

You cannot upload folders unless you drag and drop from the Files app.

Box app does not support folders to be uploaded. So you have to zip the file. But then when you do that it doesn’t recognize it and you have to go to the Box website.

I can see that my files are in the files app that’s installed on my iPad and my iPhone

they are not appearing on the server for the website or the Box app.

Could somebody please help immediately because I’ve tried to upgrade my account thinking that was the issue but no, it’s a sinking issue so what is going on
