IOS APP Malfunction

I cannot upload multiple images via Box App on IOS device after newest app update.

  • What iOS version do you have? 15.41
  • How are you exactly uploading the files? Normally like you are supposed to. Click the plus sign sign, select the photos from library. 
  • Have you tried to uninstall/reinstall the app? YES. Multiple times
  • Can you also try on a different browser? That makes no sense. I need to use the APP. 

Please help to fix this ASAP - I have used Box for over 10 years and without this function it is useless.

    • Are you having trouble uploading files in every folders, both owned and collaborated with? 
    • Did you try to log in through your browser and upload your file? If so, how was it?

    • Did you try to log in through your browser and upload your file? If so, how was it? Irrelevant. I need to use the APP not browser. It is multiple file upload issue.
