I got the email about downloading the mobile app in August to receive 10GB bonus. I downloaded the app, but did not receive the bonus storage.


Are there any extra steps I need to take to receive it?

I have the same question, with a difference: I’ve had the Box app downloaded for a couple years; how can I get my bonus 10GB? I’m willing to delete the app and re-download it…
