Our organization has a paid subscription to Box. I want to share a folder with people outside of my company domain as we colaborate on many projects. When I share the link to the folder, they get asked to buy a subscription. How can I get them access to my folder without them having to buy a subscription? These are nonprofits I work with, so they don't have the budget for this. I want to include them in our subscription (and have full permission, actually have been asked to include them, by sr. management). Thanks.

Hi Cathy,

Welcome to the Box Community!

If you would like to include other people in your Box subscription to be able to collaborate and use your Box organization's full permissions or feature, you may ask your Box Admin to "Add" them in your managed user's list:

Check out this article on how to add users in your organization: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043694594-Add-Users

Hello France,

We would like to send links to somebody from outside the company. I had a look at how to share files but it looks that we have some issues with permission level. Do we have to add somebody to Box every time we want to share a link with somebody or is there a way on how to change setting on permission level to send it to somebody. I know that this is possible to do it as we had it in a different company.
