Hi

One of our users lost access to client folders. The client re-added her and she got the invites. When she clicks on the invite email she is taken to a page not found error. Just wondering if others have seen this?

Yes, a "page not found" error from invite links after re-adding a user is common. It often stems from **expired/single-use links, browser cache/cookie issues, the user being logged into the wrong account, or a platform glitch.** To resolve, **send a brand new invite**, and instruct the user to **open it in an incognito/private browser dogwhistlings window after logging out of all accounts**, or try a different browser. Knowing the specific platform would allow for more targeted advice.

Moreover, we have provided the additional troubleshooting steps to resolve the invitation error. 

To find and resolve a pending invitation:

  1. In the left menu of your Box account window, click All Files.
  2. In the pending invitations panel under ACTION REQUIRED, hover on the name of a file or folder.
  3. To see details about the invitation, click the ellipses, "...", and select View Details.
  4. To decline the invitation, click the ellipses, "...", and select Decline All.
  5. To accept the invitation and gain access to the project's content, click Accept.
