Invited user cannot create account

I’ve invited a new user to my Box organization but every time they click the link in the invite email to create their account, the website crashes and they’re unable to proceed. They’ve tried it on multiple browsers and devices. Is there a known issue or is anyone else running into this?

Hi Box, 

 

I am facing a similar problem. The external user I have invited to my Box folder reported that he is unable to create an account as he is not receiving the email confirming his password, and is also unable to create an account by resetting his password. He has checked that the email confirmation is not in his spam/junk folders. Other external users in his organisation are able to create an account and access the Box folder. Please could you advise?
