I'm new to Box so this could be user error. I've been invited to collaborate on a file but when I click "accept invite" it takes me to a Home Screen for Box and I can't find the file. Any guidance on how I can find the file? or if I'm doing something wrong? Thanks in advance.

I suggest that you contact the owner of this folder to send you the invitation again since I'm not seeing the folder in the account.
You may want to check this article from our Box Product Support about accepting or rejecting the invitation.
