Hello,

invited people who have not accepted yet receive a reminder email from Box approximately every 30 minutes indicating that they have not accepted the invitation.

How can I modify the reminder settings to ensure that invited individuals are not spammed?

In a post from 2 years ago, this screenshot

Box seems to have undergone an update, and I cannot locate the function.

Hi Klaudio,

Welcome to Box Community and glad to help!

Did you sent a collaboration invite  for folder(s)? If no, please note which type of invitation was sent.

And for more context, can you attach a screenshot of the reminder your invitees have received?

We'd love to further assist!

Hi Rona,

thank you for your message!

The screenshot is in German, but I'll translate it for you:

"... has invited you to collaborate on the following: ....

Reminder: ... is awaiting your response."

I have invited the respective individuals in the folder as viewers/uploaders.

I have users experiencing this as well. Note these are new users to box so they are not listed on my external collaborators yet.  The requests to accept the invite appear to come in a series of automated overnight processes from box.  This is not a setting that is available to manage.

Hi, is there a solution for this? I want to make sure this has been solved before I attempt to invite someone as a viewer/uploader. Thanks.

Any update regarding "spamming invited people" for not confirming the invite?

Thanks.

No solution yet

Looks like this is still happening

We have reports this is still happening as well. Is there a scheduled fix?
