Some of the collaborators to my shared file are still "pending." I've sent the invitation multiple times, but they are not receiving it.

Make sure your invitee's correctly receiving emails from Box. Please have the affected user to run the troubleshooting steps for Email Notifications.
Also, please be informed that they can accept pending invitations through box.com.
