We sent invitation mail to some of our members, but the mail was not delivered. As I searched on the web, I found a article regarding "suppression list". I think the mail was sent before mail account was created. So I'd like to know if these mail adress are in supplession list.

Currently, we’re unable to confirm if your colleague’s email address is in suppression list.


To do so, please have them to open a ticket and work with Box Product Support.

Seems like I have no authorization to raise ticket (I can only post on community).


So, please create aticket from your side.
